ICINGS:
Buttercream Icing: My signature
icing - A rich, buttery sweet icing that melts
in your mouth. I use real butter and vanilla,
which makes all the difference.
Chocolate Ganache: A fudgy
chocolate icing that is out of this world, made
of only quality chocolate and heavy cream.

Fondant: This sugary sweet cake covering has a
dough-like consistency. Rolled fondant is rolled
out like a pie crust and used to cover the cake.
This gives the cakes a smooth, clean appearance.
(additional cost depending on your
specifications.)
For
large special orders, intricate cake designs,
fondant covered cakes and wedding cakes, please
give us at least two weeks notice. Any orders
placed as much in advance as possible is much
appreciated, especially during the holiday
season.

Prices of the pies start
at $7. Prices can change from week to
week because of the fluctuation of fruit
and ingredient costs. I use local fruit
when in season. I offer 4 and 8
medium deep pies. 4 pies are 1-2
servings and 8 pies are 5-6 servings. |
